About

I’ve worked as a technical trainer, video game developer, web entrepreneur, and engineering manager, and have spent an uncomfortably large amount of time over the past several years interviewing engineers. I’ve just started working for a small startup in Cambridge (moving to South Station soon!). If you really care to know, here’s my LinkedIn page. This blog is where I talk about coding, managing, interviewing, and who knows what else? You can also find me on Twitter.

I’m looking for highly collaborative, excellent software engineers! If you’re interested in chatting, please drop me a line at jobs at dandreamsofcoding dot com. Thanks!

  1. Great job on balancing the technical with the reality all in the form of fun readability. I’m already a big fan and hope the content keeps coming.

I think you’re nailing it. Thanks for the blog.
